  • Furnace chamber can be configured with protective gas, through two or three times of vacuum atmosphere, so that the atmosphere in the furnace chamber replacement is sufficient to maintain the furnace chamber in the process of heating up a stable atmosphere environment. This indicates that the furnace chamber can be filled with a protective gas (inert gas) after evacuating the chamber two or three times. This process, known as purging, helps to remove any residual air or moisture from the chamber and replace it with the desired inert atmosphere, such as nitrogen or argon. By repeatedly evacuating and backfilling the chamber with the inert gas, a stable and controlled atmosphere can be maintained throughout the heating process. This feature makes the ORDZMF-1750C-III suitable for applications that require an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation, contamination, or other undesired reactions during heat treatment.
