The Omni R&D ORDFP-SML High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace is a versatile and reliable tool for various high-temperature processing applications. Its vertical design, with top-loading and unloading, ensures easy operation and maintenance. The furnace features a high-temperature zone of φ220×350mm and a constant temperature zone of φ200×300mm, providing ample space for processing a wide range of materials. The furnace body is constructed with an inner layer of 304 stainless steel and an outer layer of carbon steel, ensuring durability and stability.
The ORDFP-SML furnace utilizes IGBT medium frequency power supply electromagnetic induction heating, delivering efficient and precise temperature control up to 3100℃. The advanced PID intelligent program control system allows for accurate temperature regulation (±1℃), while the manual operation option offers flexibility for specific processing requirements. The furnace maintains a high level of temperature uniformity (≤±10℃) throughout the work zone, ensuring consistent results.
