The ORDTF-1200C-I is a single-zone tube furnace capable of reaching temperatures up to 1200°C for short durations and maintaining a continuous working temperature of 1100°C. The furnace features a 3.1" (80mm) diameter quartz tube, ensuring uniform heat distribution and a stable thermal environment. The heating chamber is veined with 12 sets of Fe-Cr-Al alloy resistance wire doped with Mo, providing a uniform temperature field and an extended constant temperature zone of 7.87" (200mm) with a tolerance of ±1°C.
The furnace is equipped with stainless steel vacuum flanges and valves, allowing for immediate use under vacuum or flowing gas atmospheres. A support frame for the flange is included to reduce the load on the tube body, while a pneumatic spring ensures safe and convenient operation. The open-type design facilitates easy access and manipulation of samples.
Temperature control is achieved through a PID automatic control system with auto-tune functionality, enabling precise thermal processing. The controller supports up to 30 programmable segments, allowing for complex temperature profiles. Built-in protection against overheating and broken thermocouples ensures safe operation and long-term reliability.
