Product Overview

Omni R&D’s 1400°C Well-Type Crucible Furnace is a vertical, top-loading furnace built for high-temperature crucible processing under vacuum or controlled atmosphere. A single-end sealed corundum (high-purity alumina) work tube is mounted vertically in the heating chamber and sealed at the upper port by a stainless-steel water-cooled hinged flange — giving clean sample access from the top while supporting vacuum and inert-gas operation through integrated KF vacuum ports.

Six silicon carbide (SiC) heating rods deliver uniform heating across a 200 mm hot zone, with an S-type thermocouple and 30-segment programmable PID control holding temperature to ±1°C. The result is a compact, stable platform for sintering, calcination, thermal treatment, and atmosphere-controlled material synthesis in research and production-support laboratories.

Omni R&D warrants this furnace against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery, limited to conformance with published specifications. Omni R&D's liability is limited, at its sole discretion, to repair or replacement of the affected unit or refund of the purchase price. Consumable items — including the thermocouple, sealing rings, work tube, and sample crucibles — are excluded. Damage resulting from misuse or from exposure to corrosive or acidic gases is not covered.
