With its exceptional temperature capabilities and precise vacuum control, the ORDGVF2000C enables users to achieve optimal sintering results under high temperature and vacuum conditions, as well as shaping and sintering under protective gas atmospheres.
The Omni R&D 2000C Graphite Vacuum Furnace is a vertically integrated system that combines superior performance, efficiency, and reliability. The furnace features a robust double-layer water-cooled structure, with an inner layer constructed from 304 stainless steel and an outer layer made of electrostatic spray-coated carbon steel. The furnace chamber is lined with high-quality graphite soft and hard felt insulation, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and uniform temperature distribution. The advanced vacuum system, comprised of a TK-200 diffusion pump with a cold trap and a 2X-30 mechanical pump, enables the furnace to achieve an impressive maximum vacuum of ≤5×10^-3 Pa. Temperature control is managed by an intelligent PID controller with 30-segment programming, ensuring precise and accurate temperature regulation up to 2000°C.
