Our Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace is a high-performance, versatile solution for melting small quantities of materials in a controlled environment. With its advanced induction heating technology, precision digital temperature controller, and robust construction, this furnace delivers exceptional results for a wide range of applications.
The furnace features a programmable temperature controller with automatic PID tuning, allowing users to precisely control heating and cooling rates, as well as dwell times. The controller offers 30 programmable segments, ensuring optimal process control and repeatability. The furnace also includes overheating and thermocouple failure protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
It is equipped with a high-quality tungsten-rhenium thermocouple (C type), providing accurate temperature measurement and control within ±3°C. The furnace can maintain a continuous working temperature of 0-1900°C, with a maximum temperature of 2000°C for up to 2 hours.
The furnace features a Φ80mm quartz tube with flanges and valves, as well as a stainless steel flange with a 1/4'' thermocouple feedthrough, a needle valve, and a KF-25 vacuum port. This configuration allows for easy integration with vacuum systems, enabling users to perform melting processes under controlled atmospheric conditions.
