- Furnace body:
- The double-layer water sandwich structure is adopted, the inner wall is polished stainless steel, and the outer wall is high-quality carbon steel
- The upper and lower flanges are welded into a cylindrical structure, and the flange plane is provided with a sealing groove
- Vacuum sealed with rubber ring and equipped with water cooling device (prevent aging of rubber ring due to high temperature)
- The furnace body is provided with an observation window and an gas extraction hole, and tungsten - rhenium thermocouple is used for temperature measurement
- The furnace cover adopts double-layer interlayer head structure, and is provided with observation hole, shielding and locking and opening device, and water cooling device. The bottom of the furnace adopts double-layer water sandwich head structure and is provided with water cooling device
- The furnace frame is welded into a box-type structure by section steel and steel plate, and the furnace body is placed on the box
- Vacuum system:
- It is composed of a direct pump, a diffusion pump, manual butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge, air filling valve and air discharge valve. Vacuum pipe and pump are connected with metal corrugated hose quick joint (slow down vibration), the vacuum degree is measured by the digital display composite vacuum gauge
- Electrical control:
- Large current transformer, voltage regulator and temperature control instrument make the temperature control execution circuit, the circuit has the functions of water cut off, over current, over temperature alarm and protection
- Temperature control system:
- Adopts thyristor to control temperature, with P.I.D adjustment, over temperature sound and light alarm function
- Water-cooling system:
- It is composed of various pipe valves and other related devices, with sound and light alarm and automatic power off function due to water pressure underpressure and water off
- Gas path system: Equipped with 1 air inlet, 1 air outlet, can be filled with atmosphere
- Heating element, heat insulation screen:
- The heating body is made of domestic electrode graphite into cylindrical structure
- The heat insulation screen adopts the composite structure of graphite cylinder and carbon felt, which has good thermal insulation performance, uniform heating, large radiation surface, good heat resistant impact, and can be heated quickly
- The insulation layer and heating body are easy to maintain and install. The stainless steel frame structure is fixed outside the insulation sleeve
- Transformer and connecting copper bar matching with the power used
- Charging and deflating system:
- It is composed of various pipes and manual vacuum diaphragm valve, which is convenient for users to connect the gas path
