The Omni R&D 2200°C High Temperature Horizontal Graphite Heating Furnace features a horizontal single chamber design with a double-layer carbon steel and stainless steel furnace body for superior durability. The furnace is equipped with high-purity isostatic graphite heating elements and insulation materials, enabling excellent temperature uniformity and fast heating rates. The programmable temperature controller offers 50 segments and self-tuning PID parameters for precise control, while the high-performance vacuum system allows for operation under vacuum or inert gas atmospheres. The closed water cooling system with deionizing soft water prevents scaling and damage, ensuring long-term reliability.
