Omni R&D's automatic coating dryer is widely used in various high temperature coating film research, such as ceramic film, crystal film, battery material film, special nano film, it can adapt to the future development of science and technology of film forming under high temperature conditions. It features:
- Large area uniform heating is used to ensure high precision uniform temperature in the chamber;
- Plate coating, motor driven scraper coating, coating speed is stable and adjustable;
- The copper foil and aluminum foil can be quickly placed or removed from the vacuum aluminum disk. The built-in vacuum pump or access to an external vacuum source can prevent the substrate from deformation;
- Standard membrane apparatus, high coating accuracy, coating thickness can be adjusted;
- Can be used in the glove box, easy to operate, small size, save space;
- PLC touch screen control, easy to set the parameters.
