Omni R&D's manual winder machine is suitable for the electrode sheet winding of supercapacitor, cylindrical cell, flexible packaging lithium battery, the positive / negative electrode sheet and separator wound into the cell.  It features:

• The up and down, left and right, front and rear position of the guide groove ruler plate can be adjusted
• The winding support wheel ensures the winding tightness of the cell
• The winding tail bracket can improve the winding accuracy of the cell
• Winding can be reversed, stepless speed regulation
• The device is small in size, exquisite in appearance and easy to operate

Usage Instructions:

First adjust the guide groove ruler plate to make it consistent with the width of the electrode sheet, put the electrode sheet into the guide groove, the electrode sheet head part into the coil needle, push the right needle forward, against the left needle to clamp the electrode sheet, then press the foot valve, the motor rotates and winds, after completion, push the right needle away and take out the cell.
