Brand New Omni R&D Secondary Vacuum Sealer

Omni R&D's secondary vacuum sealers are mainly used for incidental piercing and secondary vacuum packaging process of pouch cells batteries.  They feature:

• The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and saves energy compared with similar products；
• The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different process parameters；
• The upper and lower heads are driven by cylinders and guided by two linear guide sleeves, with flexible up and down movement and accurate guidance, guaranteeing the requirements for parallelism after edge banding；
• With automatic piercing function；
• The cover cavity is driven by a cylinder, guided by a linear guide sleeve, flexible up and down, and accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements；
• It can be applied to different specifications of product batteries, and the adjustment is simple and convenient；
• Easy to operate, beautiful in appearance, small in size and light in weight；

• The cavity is made of aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and has a firm structure；
• Vacuum degree≤-96Kpa (buyer prepares vacuum pump)；
