Induction Melting Furnace
Vacuum induction melting furnaces are specialized equipment used for melting small amounts of metals, alloys, and other materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. They are commonly used in research labs, institutes, and small-scale precision casting applications. Key features include programmable temperature control, tungsten-rhenium thermocouples, inert gas supply systems, and vacuum chambers. Typical melting capacities range from under 500g up to a few kilograms. Maximum temperatures can reach 1800-2000°C.
