This compact tube furnace boasts a maximum temperature of 1100°C, making it ideal for thermal heat testing, firing small samples, and conducting VLS, CVD, and quenching tests. With its unique design, the ORDTF-1100C-S can be set up in both vertical and horizontal positions and can even rotate 0-180 degrees to accommodate different experimental requirements.
Our Single Zone Multi-Station Tube Furnace is a state-of-the-art heating system that combines precision temperature control, flexibility, and ease of use. Equipped with a high-quality Fe-Cr-Al alloy heating element doped with Mo, this furnace ensures uniform and stable heating throughout the 11.81" (300mm) heating zone. The included fused quartz tube, measuring 50mm OD x 350mm in length, provides an ideal environment for a variety of applications.
The furnace features a built-in PID automatic temperature controller with auto-tune functionality, allowing users to program up to 30 segments for precise thermal processing. The controller also includes built-in protection against overheating and broken thermocouples, ensuring safe and reliable operation. With a temperature accuracy of ±1°C and a maximum heating rate of 30°C/min, the ORDTF-1100C-S delivers exceptional performance and consistency.
The ORDTF-1100C-S comes equipped with KF25 quick clamp vacuum flanges and valves, enabling users to work under vacuum or flowing gas atmospheres at different angles. The included vacuum pressure gauge and quartz tube allow for immediate use, making setup and operation a breeze. The compact design, measuring just 11" x 15" x 16" (L x W x H, without tube & flange), makes this furnace an excellent choice for labs with limited space.
