Introducing the new 1700°C Omni R&D Single Zone Tube Furnace with a 3.1" diameter, a high-temperature furnace designed for various laboratory and research applications. This furnace is perfect for thermal heat testing and can work under vacuum or flowing gas atmospheres. The furnace features a Fe-Cr-Al alloy doped by Mo heating elements and a unique double air cooling structure, ensuring uniform heating and a lower shell temperature. It's equipped with a support frame for the flange that reduces the load strain of the furnace tubes. The furnace also comes with a PID automatic control and auto-tune function, allowing for precise thermal processing.
