Introducing the Omni R&D 1200°C Electric Slide Tube Furnace, a versatile and high-performance heating solution for a wide range of applications in research, materials science, and industrial processes. The Omni R&D 1200°C Electric Slide Tube Furnace is designed to provide accurate and stable heating performance up to 1200°C. The furnace features a 40mm diameter quartz tube with a 350mm heating zone, powered by a 3kW heating element. The electric sliding system allows the furnace to slide left and right along the tube, enabling rapid cooling and heating.
The furnace is equipped with an advanced temperature controller, offering 30 programmable PID self-tuning and automatic temperature rise and fall. The integrated circuit and module control provide double circuit protection, ensuring stable, reliable, and safe operation. The furnace chamber is constructed with state-of-the-art light alumina ceramic fiber, providing excellent thermal insulation, high temperature resistance, and energy savings of 60-80% compared to older electric furnaces.
The furnace shell features a double-layer forced air cooling structure, maintaining a safe external temperature close to room temperature during high-temperature operation. The 304 stainless steel flange offers easy loading and unloading, oxidation resistance, and a double seal for secure sealing. The furnace can be filled with various protective or destructive gases, inert gases, mixed gases, nitrogen, oxygen, and more, with customizable gas control options.
