The ORDSUB-300-5 Sublimator is a cutting-edge equipment that combines advanced temperature control, high-vacuum technology, and intelligent automation to deliver exceptional sublimation performance. The system features a compact L-shaped layout, measuring ≤3800mm in length, ≤1800mm in width, and ≤1850mm in height, ensuring efficient use of space without compromising on functionality.
The sublimator boasts a customizable 8-zone heating system, with each zone equipped with dual temperature control for enhanced uniformity. The heating elements utilize imported Kanthal resistance wire, ensuring long-lasting performance and precise temperature regulation. The sublimation zone temperature can be adjusted from 200°C to 800°C, while the heat preservation zone temperature ranges from ambient to 400°C, with a constant temperature fluctuation of ±1°C over time and space.
The ORDSUB-300-5 offers flexible sublimation boat volume options, catering to various production needs: 0.5-10g, 50-500g, 500-2000g. The advanced temperature control system includes a touchscreen interface with PLC, a 23-inch LCD screen, dual digital industrial control, dual industrial intelligent temperature control, and fuzzy PID control algorithms for optimal process management.
