The ORDLAB2000 features comfortable, 0.4mm thick butyl gloves with 203mm diameter ports, allowing for precise manipulation of materials within the controlled environment. The glove box maintains a stable positive and negative pressure between -10mbar to 10mbar, ensuring optimal conditions for your sensitive processes.

At the heart is an advanced circulation system, powered by a high-speed frequency conversion fan. This efficient system, coupled with a single purification column filled with imported materials and an automatic electro-pneumatic valve, maintains an ultra-pure atmosphere with less than 1 PPM of water and oxygen. The intuitive PLC touch screen control system, featuring self-diagnostic capabilities, provides seamless operation and monitoring of the glove box's functions.

The ORDLAB2000 is equipped with integrated PLC oxygen and water analyzers, offering real-time monitoring of the chamber's atmosphere. The glove box also features a large (360mm dia. × 600mm L) and a small (150mm dia. × 300mm L) transition chamber, allowing for the efficient transfer of materials in and out of the main chamber.
