Product Overview
The OMNI 3110Q is a compact HTHP static fluid loss tester for cement slurries and drilling fluids. It uses a pressure-reducing regulator valve for simple, stable cell pressure control, with a 290 mL stainless cell rated to 260 °C (500 °F).
Key Features
- Test temperature to 260 °C (500 °F) with digital PID heating-jacket control
- Nitrogen supply up to 8 MPa (1,160 psi); supports 1,000 psi differential testing
- Pressure-reducing regulator valve for cell pressure control
- 290 mL stainless-steel test cell with 325-mesh screen
- Back-pressure filtrate receiver included
- Nitrogen manifold and gas supply lines included for direct cylinder connection
- Pressure safety relief valve
