Product Overview
The OMNI 5110 measures static gel strength development of oil-well cement slurries continuously and non-destructively under high pressure and temperature. Ultrasonic measurement tracks gel strength through the critical transition period without disturbing the sample, so you see exactly when the slurry resists gas migration.
Key Features
- Continuous, non-destructive ultrasonic measurement of static gel strength
- 10,000 psi (69 MPa) and 204 °C (400 °F) test conditions
- Pneumatic-cylinder pressure control holds pressure within ±0.3 MPa without the vibration of air-driven intensifier pumps, for a cleaner ultrasonic signal
- Hastelloy pressure vessel for corrosion resistance
- Programmable HPHT temperature and pressure profiles
- Automatic data logging and transition-time calculation
- Pressure relief and safety interlocks
