Omni R&D's semi-automatic lamination stacking machines are mainly used for the Z-shaped lamination assembly of positive and negative electrodes and separators of lithium batteries. The equipment realizes manual loading, subsequent pole piece position correction and lamination process to be completed fully automatically, and has the characteristics of high lamination efficiency and high lamination precision.The equipment is designed to stack up to 7.8"x7.8" batteries, and different sizes can be realized by adjusting the fixture, which is very suitable for the research and development and sample production of laminated lithium-ion batteries. The equipment adopts single cantilever structure design, automatic constant tension control of coil material isolation film, automatic correction control. It features:

Maintenance methods and precautions:
- 1.Wipe the pendulum roller and stacking table frequently to keep them clean.
- 2.The moving part of the bearing slide rail is lubricated with oil to keep the movement smooth.
- 3.If it will not be used for a long time, wipe the surface of the machine clean and wrap it with packing tape for storage.
- 4.Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in each part of the machine to prevent loosening and prevent machine quality accidents and personal accidents.
