The Frequency Conversion Planetary Ball Mill by Omni R&D is equipped with four ball grinding cans on a single turntable. As the turntable rotates, the ball grinding cans revolve around the turntable's axis while simultaneously rotating around their own axes, creating a planetary motion. This unique motion causes the grinding balls inside the tanks to collide with each other at high speeds, effectively grinding and mixing samples. The mill can process materials of different particle sizes and properties using both dry and wet methods, achieving a minimum particle size of 0.1 micron (1.0×10mm-4). The planetary motion of the ball mill tanks ensures high ball mill efficiency and fine particle size reduction. The frequency conversion control allows users to select the ideal speed based on test results, while the undervoltage and overcurrent protection features safeguard the motor.
