The Solvent Handling System by Omni R&D is a high-performance filtration and purification solution that operates continuously to process exhaust gases generated during the drying process of coating machines. With a processing power of 600m³/h, this system can effectively handle intake air temperatures up to 150℃, achieving a recovery rate of ≥80% for water-soluble solvent gases. The system is specifically designed to process aqueous solvents and is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel components that come into contact with the processed gases. The external pipe design allows for efficient gas discharge, while the system's ability to operate in temperatures ranging from 0-40℃ and its resistance to vibration and shock make it suitable for various industrial environments. The Solvent Handling System also features explosion-proof treatment, ensuring safe operation in potentially hazardous settings.
