Constant Speed Mixer for Oilwell Cement Slurry Preparation
The OMNI 1310 prepares cement slurries for oilwell cement laboratory testing with repeatable speed and mixing time. A microprocessor-based closed-loop controller with photoelectric speed sensing drives a 1,000 W DC motor, holding rotational speed steady as slurry load changes.
Preset low and high speeds of 4,000 and 12,000 rpm match the standard cement mixing sequence, and an AUTO mode runs the programmed sequence at the push of a button.
