HPHT Cement Consistometer for Thickening-Time Testing

The OMNI 4310 evaluates the thickening behavior of oilwell cement slurries under controlled high-pressure, high-temperature conditions up to 30,000 psi and 260 °C (500 °F). A magnetically driven slurry cup rotates at a nominal 150 rpm against a fixed paddle, and paddle torque is converted to slurry consistency in Bearden units (Bc).

A Siemens PLC with a 12-inch industrial touchscreen handles test setup and monitoring, while PC software provides programmable test schedules, data acquisition, storage, and reporting.
