Product Overview
HTHP Static Fluid Loss Tester for Cement Slurries and Drilling Fluids
The OMNI 3110 measures static fluid loss of cement slurries and drilling fluids at high temperature and pressure. A heated stainless-steel test cell and regulated differential pressure simulate downhole filtration, and filtrate is collected through a standard screen for calculation under the selected test procedure.
Key Features
- PID temperature control with integrated thermocouple, to 260 °C (500 °F).
- Separate regulators for cell pressure and filtrate backpressure.
- 400 mL stainless-steel test cell with quick-connect gas fitting.
- 2,258 mm² filter area with welded 325-mesh screen.
- Digital timer showing elapsed time in seconds.
- Insulated heater flange to reduce hot-surface exposure.
- Aluminum-profile frame with compact benchtop footprint.
