Product Overview
The OMNI 6110H is a heated rotational viscometer with built-in rheology calculations and direct touchscreen control. It measures plastic viscosity, yield point, gel strength and full flow curves of cement slurries, spacers, pre-flush fluids and drilling fluids at temperatures up to 93 °C (200 °F).
Key Features
- 12 standard speeds (1, 2, 3, 6, 10, 20, 30, 60, 100, 200, 300, 600 rpm), plus user-programmable speeds
- Heated sample cup to 93 °C (200 °F) with digital control, ±1 °C. The heating cup doubles as the sample cup
- Four built-in test modes: six-speed and gel strength; PV, YP and gel strength; gel strength only; cement slurry
- Automatic calculation of plastic viscosity, apparent viscosity, yield point, initial and final gel strength and flow behavior index
- Capacitive touchscreen shows shear rate, shear stress, speed, dial deflection and viscosity
- RS-485 interface with Windows PC software for remote control, data acquisition and recording
- Coaxial-cylinder (F1) measuring assembly, with interchangeable torsion springs for other ranges
